How we Ship Your Order

Thermal Labels Direct has chosen UPS as our preferred shipping provider. We reserve the right to ship via LTL carriers on larger shipments.

Free Shipping on all orders!

All orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped out on the following business day. Most orders reach our customers within two to three business days from time of shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

• We are currently shipping within the Contiguous 48 States only.
• Thermal Labels Direct.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes

Thermal Labels Direct may choose to alter these shipping restrictions at any time. We also reserve the right to ship items with alternate carriers as needed.


Return Policy:
- Non defective returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee
- All returns for credit must be received within 30 days of purchase.
- All returns within 30 - 60 days of purchase will receive merchandise credit (less 15% restocking fee)
- No returns after 60 days
- All returned merchandise must be in re-saleable condition-Shipping cost will not be reimbursed on returned or    refused merchandise.
